Many nonprofits don’t know where to begin when it comes to grants. Our Prospect Research Report provides clarity by delivering a curated list of grant opportunities tailored to your mission, size, and location.

What you receive:

  • A list of 10–20 best-fit grants

  • Key details for each: deadline, funding range, eligibility, and summary of fit

  • An organized tracker in Google Sheets for easy planning

  • A 1–2 page summary highlighting the top 3–5 recommended grants

SERVICE 2: SINGLE GRANT SUPPORT

Some nonprofits know exactly which grant they want but lack the time or staff to complete the application. Our Single Grant Support option takes the stress off your plate so you can focus on running programs.

What you receive:

  • Full draft of the grant narrative tailored to funder requirements

  • Preparation of attachments and supporting documents

  • One round of revisions included

SERVICE 3: FULL PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT

For organizations ready to pursue significant funding but without dedicated grant staff, this service provides a complete, start-to-finish proposal package.

What you receive:

  • Budget development and alignment with funder requirements

  • Preparation of required attachments (organizational budget, board list, etc.)

  • Up to two rounds of revisions

  • Submission-ready final product (or submitted on your behalf, if desired)

Ongoing support to keep your funding pipeline moving. For nonprofits that want consistent grant momentum.

Light Tier

  • 1–2 new grant opportunities researched monthly

  • 1 Letter of Inquiry OR 1 small proposal draft

  • Email check-in support

Standard Tier

  • 3–4 new grant opportunities researched monthly

  • 1–2 Letters of Inquiry or short proposals

  • Quarterly strategy call

Heavy Tier
